This is the Bronze Assessment – Customer Service Assessment and Certificate

• You need to have watched and completed all sections of the Fundamentals Course to take the Bronze Assessment

Absorption Rate:

The Absorption Rate of a course is the likelihood that you retain the information you have engaged in on the course. At Oleren we currently have three Assessment levels for a Fundamentals Course. The more levels you attempt, the more you retain the information. You can go back and watch the core content of the Fundamentals Course.

• The First Level is Bronze 
• The Second Level is Silver
• The Third Level is Gold
• It is better to take them in order. However you may decide to take them in any order

• ✓ Bronze Assessment 
• ✓20 Questions in 10 Mins
• ✓ 90% to pass (17/20)
• ✓ Fundamentals Bronze Certificate
